A different Redcar Team played against a difficult looking Richmond team but the Redcar boys worked very hard to keep the score at half time to 0-0.
In the second half Redcar showed they could keep posession and work as a team by keeping their shape and passing. Nathan Dale had whacked a brilliant shot against the post which fell to the lethal Curtis Wood to score on his debut. What an excellent signing by the management!!

At the end of a tight first half the score was 0-0 with both teams trying desperately to get a goal.Second half saw the Redcar boys start to pass more consistantly. Curtis broke through and passed to Nathan who scored with his right foot. Curtis went on to score two more before winning a corner. Curtis took a wonderful corner which rebounded of Liams knee in to the back of the net. The celebration from Liam was energetic to say the least. Nathan then had a shot which Curtis got a foot to to put the ball in the back of the net.
